02 · No targeted abuse.
No threats, sustained harassment, hateful abuse, stalking, doxxing or encouraging others to target a person.

Do not share private personal information without permission, exploit minors, distribute non-consensual intimate material or use TYNOA to facilitate illegal harm.
04 · Report what you see.
Members can report another member’s chat message directly from the Room. Reports enter the TYNOA moderation queue. For account, payment, privacy or broader safety issues, use Support.

TYNOA may remove messages, restrict participation or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, investigate abuse, comply with law or protect the service. Reporting does not guarantee a specific outcome, but it creates a review record.
What is not live yet
Mute and block controls are not part of the first public beta. We will not describe them as available until they actually exist.

TYNOA publishes horror fiction and folklore. Original fiction is labeled as fiction; folklore can have conflicting versions and is not presented as verified supernatural fact. Story themes may be unsettling, but member conduct still follows these rules.
