Collect less. Explain what we keep.
少收一点,也把我们保存什么讲清楚。This policy explains the information TYNOA uses to run accounts, membership, stories, chat, payments and product analytics.
What we collect
- Account information such as email address, display name and authentication records.
- Room membership, story read-state and the content you submit in member chat.
- Payment references and purchase status needed to unlock paid access. TYNOA does not store your full card number.
- Basic product analytics such as page/Room visits, joins, full-story reads and checkout steps.
- Support and safety reports you send to us.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate members, provide Room access, remember unread/read state, operate chat, verify purchases, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and understand where the product is or is not working.
Service providers
TYNOA relies on service providers including Supabase for database/authentication infrastructure, Vercel for web hosting and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices.
Analytics
Our first-party analytics records product events such as home views, Room views, free joins, full-story reads and checkout progress. We do not use this table to store passwords, card numbers or private chat bodies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to infrastructure/payment providers, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse or a serious safety issue.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to operate TYNOA. You can request deletion through Support. Some transaction, anti-fraud or legal records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
Security
TYNOA uses authenticated access controls, database Row Level Security and server-side payment verification. No online service can promise absolute security, so please use a unique password and never share your login or payment credentials.
Your choices
You can leave Free Rooms, delete your own chat messages where the product allows it, stop using the service, or request account/data deletion through Support. Privacy questions can also be submitted there.
