Current paid access
The Black Archive is displayed as S$6.90 ONE-TIME ACCESS. There is no recurring subscription attached to this purchase.
When to contact us
Please submit a Support request if you were charged more than once for the same access, payment succeeded but access did not unlock, the wrong TYNOA account was used by mistake, or another technical/payment issue occurred.
Digital-content refunds
Because paid Room access unlocks digital content immediately, a change of mind after the archive has been accessed is not automatically refundable. We will still review reasonable requests case by case and will honor any refund rights required by applicable law.
付费后会立即解锁数字内容，因此看过内容后的单纯改变主意不代表一定退款；但合理情况我们会逐一处理，并遵守适用法律要求。
How refunds are processed
If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank/card processing time is outside TYNOA’s direct control.
Access after refund
Where a paid Room purchase is fully refunded, TYNOA may remove the paid entitlement associated with that purchase.
